The opportunity
Working from a groovy warehouse in Surry Hills, they are looking for an experienced recruiter to grow their digital business, someone who has a creative streak to help place professionals ranging from online directors to production assistants. You will be responsible for building the business, placing both temp and permanent staff into a local client base. The office is like an ad agency - you will be expected to perform new business activities, and will be supported to do so by both your manager and by leveraging the team however at the same time you will be given as much autonomy as you require. This is your opportunity to move to a niche business where your personal interest in the creative space can shine.
What you will need
You will need be have recruitment experience, gained locally, and be a specialist within the digital space. You need to be comfortable in picking up the phone and creating a business, as well as be familiar with leveraging other team members’ business. You must have worked this space before – this is not a market for a novice however it is still a strong market being continually buoyed by a growing digital industry. You must have a working rights for Australia.
